That’s up to you! We offer three price tiers of membership, which unlock increasing benefits, including everything from skip-the-line, bring a plus one, and member-exclusive events. Make sure to browse the tiers and benefits to choose the one that is right for you.

Once you become a member, you’ll receive a digital membership card, which can be added to your Google or Apple Wallet and will serve as your key to the venue - simply show up with your digital card and a matching photo ID, and our staff will help you redeem all of your benefits on-site.

Reserve your member tickets here 3-5 days before the event

Members can make a reservation in real-time night of, or come to the venue with your Digital Membership Card + Your ID, and our staff will check you in.

Ticket reservations for members become available either during the pre-sale period, if applicable, or at the time when tickets go on general sale to the public. This ensures that members always have the earliest opportunity to secure their tickets.

Organizing and presenting events can be a messy and unpredictable business. There’s a lot left to chance: weather, seasonal habits, artist travel visa approvals, illness, flight delays, or even just bad luck. Promoters of live music are often living from one ticket sale to the next, and the pandemic has underscored the precarious nature of the independent music industry.

By becoming a member and locking in your support, we know we can count on your dues regardless of what happens from night to night, which helps us make more creative decisions, take more risks, and present more emerging music.

In exchange, members are able to have a better experience, discover more music, and connect more deeply with our community - which feels like a win-win to us.

Simply show your digital membership card to our front-of-house security or greeter employees stationed at either of the entrances to the venue, who will help process your skip-the-line entry.

Of course! While most of our member benefits unlock perks at our events IRL, we are always looking to grow our community and connect emerging culture fans across the globe.
